The Rules Are As Follows

1) Players must get from the one Safe Zone of the playing field to the other and will be known as Runners

3) Being caught is when your knee or back touches the ground or you step out of bounds see rule 7, if you slip over and no Catcher touches you, you can carry on if you slip over and a Catcher touches you while you are on the ground, you are caught.

4) You can only be tackled by a Catcher

5) A tackle can be a normal rugby tackle or a trip by hand only, a Catcher can not use his feet or legs in any way to bring a Runner down, Body Blocking and High Tackles are also not allowed any one using their feet to trip or Body Blocking will get 1 Warning, anyone tackling using a High Tackle will get 2 Warnings see rule 8. Anyone using a straight arm across the neck to bring a Runner down (Cloths Line) will be banned from the whole competition.

6) Catchers can not double team in a tackle.

7) Stepping Out Of Bounds means that you have been caught so you will then become a Catcher, unless you have been pushed Out Of Bounds by a Catcher, if you have been pushed Out Of Bounds than you can enter back where you were pushed out and no Catcher can be within 10 meters from you. The Catcher who pushed you out will get a Warning see rule 8. If a Catcher tackles you and the result of the tackle means you are tackled fairly but finish Out Of Bounds this still counts as a good tackle, and you will be come a Catcher. If you get tackled before the Safe Zone any part of your body has broken the line and your knee hasn’t touched the floor before you enter the Safe Zone you are then Safe.

8) Warnings you will get a Warning when you either push a man Out Of Bounds, any bad tackles or swearing at a competitor. On the 1st Warning you will get a green band to wear on your left arm, on the 2nd Warning you get a yellow band, on the 3rd Warning you will be Disqualified from the whole competition.

9) Fighting, this will not be tolerated and if caught throwing a punch, headbutting, kicking or spitting you will be banned from the competition and from further Championships.

10) Swearing will not be tolerated in an aggressive manner, if you swear at a competitor you will be given 2 Warnings see rule 8. If you swear at yourself and its deemed to be too loud you will be reminded not to do this, if you persist in swearing then you will be issued 1 Warning.

11) Each game will consist of 10 to 20 Runners, depending on numbers. All Runners will try to get to the other Safe Zone. This will carry on until there are 5 Runners left. If there is less then 5 Runners who make to the Safe Zone then the Runners who got caught in that round try again. If then there are more than 5 Runners after this then all Runners are back in play until there are 5 left. If all Runners are caught then the Runners who got caught in that round will go back to the Safe Zone and try again. The Runners who became Catchers will get another two chances to get in the last 5. If they fail on the last attempt then they will be out of the competition.

12) The Final will be the same as the rounds apart from the last Runner left will be deemed the World Champion. If no Runner gets to the Safe Zone then the Runners from that round will go back to the Safe Zone and try again.
