Welcome to the Vera Street Community Garden website! We are Vera Street Community Garden Inc, a grass-roots, get-your-hands-dirty group of local and not-so-local residents who come together to do organic gardening and creek rehabilitation within the grounds of Toowong College, off Vera Street in West Toowong.

Gardening meeting times
Fourth Sunday of every month from 3:00pm: Working bee. This is a time where there will be lots of people and things happening. A great time for visitors, friends and new members to come and join in.
November: Sunday 23 November, 3pm
December: Sunday 28 December, 3pm
January: Sunday 25 January, 3pm
Every Friday from 3:30pm: Family gardening time
Every Sunday from 3:00pm: General gardening for members.
