5. WILL I HAVE TO DOWNLOAD THE ENTIRE GAME AGAIN WHEN A NEW ADD-ON COMES OUT?
Answer:
It depends on the updates that are done to the game. Generally, if a new release is in the format version x.x.x (like 2.2.1) then you can probably just download/install a patch. If the new release version is in the format x.x (like 2.4) then you will most likely need to download/install the full game file.

15. HOW DO I BECOME A VOLUNTEER?
Answer:
The Volunteer icon represents Volunteer status. This icon was implemented across the board for all members of the America's Army Volunteer Staff as a token of appreciation on behalf of their dedication to the Army Game Project. Members of the Volunteer Staff dedicate their time on a daily basis and have many responsibilities ranging from forum support and moderation, to live support and channel moderation in our America's Army Internet Relay Chat network. The Volunteer Staff are in constant contact with members of the Army Game Project, such as the America's Army Community Management team, and at times the Development team. Volunteers have many duties, which make them an important part of the community.
There are three types of Volunteer positions, each holding unique responsibilities:
America's Army IRC Technical Support
America's Army IRC Channel Moderators
America's Army Forum Moderators
If you're interested in becoming a part of the IRC Volunteer Staff, connecting to AAIRC would get you off to a good start. To connect to AAIRC simply open your America's Army game client and click the "Support" tab, followed by the "Live Support" tab.
Alternatively, you can use a third party IRC client to connect. The connection information is:
irc.americasarmy.com
Port: 6667
#americasarmy
#aa-support
#aa-newplayers
This will get you connected to AAIRC. There are a few prerequisites that must be achieved before one can be considered for an IRC Volunteer position:
1.) Activity.
2.) Dedication.
3.) Assisting members of the America's Army community.
4.) Mature and professional behavior.
Helping others within the forum community is a great way to get noticed and invited to join the ranks of the Forum Moderators. Prospective candidates should always strictly observe the forum Terms of Service and alert the Moderator team to questionable posts through the use of the report button. Members who observe these guidelines and are extremely active in the forums may be contacted by AACM and offered a Moderator position.
By dedicating your time assisting members of the community, whether it is in the AAIRC support channel or America's Army forums, AACM and the current Volunteer Staff will take notice. Although there are no guarantees, your chances are good if you dedicate enough time and exhibit mature and professional behavior, as well as a general willingness to help users and improve the community.
