Biography

Bouvy played in nine international matches, scoring four times. He contributed to the Dutch first round victory over Sweden at the Olympics with two goals. In the 1920s, Bouvy and Karel Lotsy (later a chef de mission for the Dutch Olympic team), established the annual New Year's Day match between the oldest Dutch football club, HFC from Haarlem, and a team of former Dutch internationals.
