The jubilee coin is dedicated to Olena Ivanivna Teliha (1906 – 1942), a
talented poetess and public figure. Olena Teliha was a poetess who left not
very extensive, but rather significant artistic heritage. She was an
organizer and a head of the Union of Ukrainian writers in Nazies-occupied
Kyiv, she edited the "Timpani" periodical, a literary and artistic
supplement to the 'Ukrainian Word" newspaper.

On the coin obverse
above against the glass background there is the arciform inscription:
ÍÀÖ²ÎÍÀËÜÍÈÉ ÁÀÍÊ ÓÊÐÀ¯ÍÈ (National Bank of Ukraine), under which there is
the Small National Emblem of Ukraine, to the left - the coin face-value – 2
/ ÃÐÈÂͲ (2/Hryvnias), beneath – cherry blossom in flames and the logotype
of the NBU Mint and 2007, the coin mintage year, are placed.

Olena Teliha is portrayed. To the right there are the inscriptions:
1906/1942 and arciform ÎËÅÍÀ ÒÅ˲ÃÀ (Olena Teliha).
