Head of MBA Recruitment and Admissions

Our full time MBA programme is currently ranked no 10 in the world and we are seeking to recruit an experienced professional to maintain and extend our position and contribute to our continued growth. Working with the Admissions and Marketing team you will ensure we attract and enrol the top international candidates, and deliver a customer service focused recruitment and admissions process.

You will be able to demonstrate you have the following key attributes:
• Ideally have experience of working in a leading business school or university admissions role with demonstrable knowledge and understanding of the global MBA marketplace
• Senior experience in a recruitment/sales role
• Excellent communicator with the ability to represent the School across a variety of constituencies
• Proven analytical skills and strategic vision to interpret and act upon management information and market trends
• Strong general management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with people from a wide variety of cultural and language backgrounds.
• Willingness to work some weekends and to travel internationally, often over long periods.
