Wilfried Bony Guemiand was born on 12 October 1988 in Bingerville. He spends most of his childhood in city of Abidjan, precisely in PLATEAU cité policière and then in ABOBO PK18. He liked playing football when he was a kid. "Playing football was really his hobby, reason why it never lacked of soccer balls and sports clothing in his gifts, say his parents.

Through the years, his hobby turned into passion. And like many young Ivorian, he has started with street football called Maracana, then interschool matches, city competitions, etc. He feed the dream of playing a day for a professional domestic team and better for a professional European high-level football team.
