Salma Hayek and her French billionaire baby-daddy, Francois-Henri Pinault, spent their Valentine's Day making it official.
The Frida actress, 42, and the father of their 17-month-old daughter, Valentina Paloma Pinault, were married in a Paris town hall over the weekend, Mayor Jean-Pierre Lecoq confirmed to Agence France-Presse.
The couple, who met in 2006, announced their engagement in March 2007, but called it off in July 2008. Reports only recently began surfacing that the onetime Oscar nominee had reconciled with her businessman beau.
This is the first marriage for Hayek, who's been seen lately guest starring on 30 Rock and breast-feeding a poverty-stricken child. Pinault, 46, who owns Yves Saint Laurent, Gucci and other luxury brands, has two children from a previous marriage that ended in 2004.

Chris Brown says he is seeking counseling from loved ones and family members, one week after an alleged attack against his girlfriend, singer Rihanna.
"Words cannot begin to express how sorry and saddened I am over what transpired. I am seeking the counseling of my pastor, my mother and other loved ones and I am committed, with God's help, to emerging a better person."
The 19-year-old R&B singer issued a brief statement today through publicist Michael Sitrick. In it, Brown also says many of the reports about the incident are incorrect, although he doesn't provide further details.
Friday the 13th promised a high body count. It delivered.
The franchise reboot led a record-setting President's Day weekend box office, with a $45.2 million Friday-Monday take, according to updated studio estimates compiled today by Exhibitor Relations.
Elsewhere, Confessions of a Shopaholic ($17.3 million) settled for a less-fashionable fourth-place debut, while Joaquin Phoenix finished off his movie career on a high note, the David Letterman, gum-chewing thing notwithstanding.
Drilling down into the numbers:
This Slumdog can hunt.
With just a week until the Oscars, Slumdog Millionaire's momentum continued unchecked, picking up the top prizes Sunday from the American Society of Cinematographers, American Cinema Editors and Art Directors Guild.
Director of photography Anthony Dod Mantle, editor Chris Dickens and production designer Mark Digby are now positioned as the Academy Award favorites after topping Oscar-caliber competition at the respective ceremonies.
Rihanna is feeling the love in the court of public opinion—and on the basketball court.
During a break in the action at the NBA's All-Star slam-dunk contest Saturday at U.S. Airways Center in Phoenix, the Rihanna song "Umbrella" played on the PA system.
Chris Brown had been scheduled to perform at several of the All-Star weekend events, but canceled in the wake of his arrest following his alleged assault of Rihanna.
An NBA official tells E! News of Brown's pulling out: "He's not exactly missed. He does not currently represent the image we are trying to project."
No, not to race each other.
As much as we'd love to think they were just itching to face off in a high-octane test of love for the Aussie actress, the fact is, both had NASCAR business to attend to. Cruise was there with son Connor to drive the pace car, while Urban entertained the crowd with a concert. They both attended a pre-race drivers meeting, and reports suggest they were nothing but gracious to each other.
Sounds like this potential day of thunder turned out to be mild and pleasant. Are you pleased—or were you hoping for something a little more exciting?

Hilton and Reinhardt did spend a lot of time together this weekend, according to sources.

Reinhardt even gave her a present for V-Day.
So what does a man get the gal who already has everything?
Rihanna has returned to the comfort of home to heal.
The R&B star is back in her native Barbados with her family and friends as she recuperates from what police sources have told E! News was a vicious attack at the hands of boyfriend Chris Brown.
"There is some bruising. She will be all right. I think so," her father, Ronald Fenty, told People magazine after seeing his daughter on Friday.
Fenty added that he hopes his 20-year-old daughter will "move on" from dating Brown.
"At some point, she will speak out. I hope she will stand up for women all over the world."
Fenty said that he "didn't believe it" when he heard that his daughter had been roughed up. "You think you know somebody," he said of Brown, "but you really don't."
If you believe the buzz, the Academy Award for this Best Actor thing is a three-way race. Or even a two-man smackdown (sorry, Brad Pitt). Or even maybe a lock for Sean Penn. Whatever, it'll all be worked out on Sunday.
But for now, you make the call. Then check out our interactive prediction poll to make picks in other categories—and see what E! Online columnists say.
"I just think we should all support her," said the hip-hop mogul, who signed the Barbadian beauty to his record label in 2004. "She's going through a tough time. You have to realize she's a young girl, as well. She's very young."
He added, "You have to have compassion for others. Just imagine it being your sister or mom and then think about how we should talk about that."
However, when asked if he's seen Rihanna since the attack, Jay-Z said, "I don't want to go into it."
