ALBUM FACTS AND TRIVIA
Originally planned for release in 2006, this badass side project was put aside time and time again in order to make way for other group projects. After those projects were cancelled or rescheduled, the actual recording and mixing of this album from scratch took less than 4 months on Scrub Club's new studio equipment.

"Ganon Slayer" was first released in 2004 just as a single Hatter thought a few people might like, since he was a hardcore Zelda guy. In just a week after its appearance on Soundclick in 2005, the track rose to the top of the charts and landed #1 in the Electronic: Games genre, beating out 4,241 other submissions. In the Electronic genre itself, it climbed to #10, beating out 197,534 other submissions. This has always been our chart topper on Soundclick and it still continues to do well to this day.

During Scrub Club's live concerts, you will usually catch people running around during the 8Bit songs with props from certain games, like a sword and shield during Ganon Slayer along with zappers and old controllers. More stage surprises are planned now with the new songs and release of this album.

The photoshoot for this album was a blast to do and got a good amount of attention. Characters were played out by SCR members and friends for a few goofy hours, and during the mayhem were even asked to be in random shots including a passerby's senior pictures. MadHatter was Mario, KnightDetective was Luigi, Zadi was Princess Toadstool (Peach), Chester was Donkey Kong, William Buckley was Snake, Ryan was Link, and our homie Amy was Princess Zelda. Surprisingly, none of us were arrested. But it helped that the photoshoot ended up landing on April Fool's Day.

This marks the first time Shelshocker ever recorded, which was during the chorus of "Unstoppable."

The song "AFS," which you truly have to hear to understand this fact, was written, produced, recorded, and mixed within a period of 45 minutes. Also note that this track is ridiculous and evilly catchy on purpose. Sorry in advance!

"Bullets And Buckshot" was one of the first video games based on the Old West. We would like to claim that this has never been done before, a hip hop song about a western from an old video game. Triple odd scenario. We're pretty sure that's a first, haha.
