Additional installment payments are slated for mid-March, mid-April, with final payment due in May.

In the event that the Kansas City Chiefs qualify for the NFL playoffs, statements are mailed to season ticket holders in mid-November with a payment deadline of the first week in December.

If there is ever any question regarding the status of your season ticket account we encourage you to call the Chiefs Ticket Office or check your payment status online.

Payment for season tickets may be made through the mail, by fax, in person at our Box Office or via www.kcchiefs.com Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are acceptable. Payment by phone is not available.

Q: Is there a best time to purchase Chiefs season tickets?

A: There are a limited number of available Upper Reserved season tickets right now. You may contact a sales representative at 1-888-99-CHIEFS for more information. Remember, once you’re in you have the chance to participate in the seat improvement program.

Q: How do I change my seats or improve my season tickets?

A: The Chiefs are unique in that they feature a program in which you have the opportunity to improve your season ticket location. To do so, you need to register by checking the appropriate box at the bottom of your initial renewal statement.

The availability of seats, of course, is dependent on any cancellations by your fellow season ticket holders from the previous year, thus the importance of renewing by the specified deadline.

Participation in the seat improvement program is based upon a priority determined by the length of time you have been a season ticket holder. Seats may also be added to your account based upon ticket availability. A $10 fee per account is charged for processing and handling only if a location change takes place or seats are added.

For those of you who are not season ticket holders because you can’t purchase the seats you want, this is your way in. Once you become a season ticket holder you now have the opportunity to move. There are no guarantees you’ll be able to secure the seats you want, but by becoming a season ticket holder you will at least have the chance.

Q: What if I move and want to change my address?

A: It’s essential that your account information be kept current; consequently, notify the Chiefs Ticket Office in writing of your address change as well as your telephone number if it has changed, too. Include your account number, a daytime telephone number and sign your letter.

Your account information can also be changed by accessing your season ticket account online at www.kcchiefs.com. Name changes are not permitted. For your protection, no changes will be accepted over the phone.

Q: What can I do if my season tickets are lost or stolen?

A: In the event that season tickets have been lost or stolen you can now forward your tickets & parking to virtually anyone, including yourself. Please note parking passes must be forwarded up to two hours prior to parking lots opening and tickets must be forwarded up to two hours prior to kickoff.

Step 1: Log into your My Chiefs Account
Step 2: Select the ticket/parking or group of tickets you wish to send
Step 3: Enter the recipient’s e-mail address and select forward
Step 4: Enter your credit card information

Each of your season tickets/parking pass carries a unique barcode, ensuring that they are authentic.  During the forwarding process, the barcode on your original season ticket/parking pass is cancelled and a new one issued electronically.  The recipient is e-mailed a new TicketFast ticket with a unique barcode that can be printed with any standard printer.  It is $2.50 to forward each ticket/parking pass.  You can enjoy the convenience of this innovative technology that provides a secure alternative method to ensure your tickets/parking pass get used by the person(s) of your choice.

Q: How can I purchase tickets to Chiefs road games?

A: By contacting Chiefs Travel at 816/924-5678.

Q: How can I purchase tickets to the playoffs?

A: As a Chiefs season ticket holder you have the first option to purchase the same seats you have in the regular season for the playoffs. Once the NFL grants the team approval, invoices for post-season playoff tickets will be mailed to you. All prices, procedures, and timelines are set by the NFL not the team and due to the short time between the conclusion of the regular season and the playoffs must be strictly followed.

If the team does not make the post-season or plays only one game at home the unused portion of your playoff payment will be credited towards next year’s season tickets unless you request a refund in writing.

Q: If the Chiefs make the Super Bowl, can I buy tickets?

A: As a Chiefs season ticket holder, you’re automatically entered in a Super Bowl lottery in the event the team qualifies. A random weighted lottery based upon the number of tickets you have and the years you have had them will be conducted once the NFL approves that the sale may begin. If you’re a winner you’ll be notified by mail and a date will be scheduled for your payment and pickup.

Q: Can I sell my tickets to someone outside the stadium on game day?

A: It is illegal to sell your tickets at face value or at a profit inside the confines of the Truman Sports Complex and in the state of Missouri, as determined by state law.  To do so on property is to risk arrest.

Q: How should I react when disruptive fans seated nearby inhibit my enjoyment of a game at Arrowhead?

A: Common sense should dictate what is reasonable behavior and what is not. We appreciate our fans’ enthusiasm as long as they are respectful of those people seated around them.

As a season ticket holder, you are accountable for the conduct of those individuals you give your tickets. Violations can result in immediate ejection, arrest, and forfeiture of your season ticket account.

If you are the victim of such behavior or find yourself involved in it, please contact the Fan Assistance or CSI attendant in your section at the top or bottom of the stairs. You’ll find him in a green jacket, labeled “Fan Assistance” or in a blue jacket labeled “CSI.” Simply describe to him the circumstances leading to your complaint.

The individual or individuals in question will be informed of the complaint without identifying you and asked to stop the activity in question as politely as possible. Should their behavior persist, a uniformed law enforcement officer will be asked for assistance and another warning or ejection will be issued.  As a last resort and at the discretion of the law enforcement officer, the disruptive party may be arrested.

Q: What sort of behavior is objectionable?

A: Profane or abusive language. Threatening remarks, gestures or physical confrontations with other ticket holders. Public drunkenness or any action that disrupts the progress of the game such as throwing objects on the field or entering the playing field yourself.

Remember, this number is to be used for emergency situations only.

You will be refused admission to the stadium if it appears you are intoxicated and be taken to the Security office for evaluation.

State law requires that all persons consuming alcohol must be 21 years of age.  If you are under the age of 30 you will be asked to show a valid identification as to your age prior to purchasing any alcoholic beverages.  If it is determined you used a false ID you may be subject to arrest.

Only two (2) alcoholic beverages per ID may be purchased at one time.

No alcoholic beverages will be sold to anyone perceived to be alcohol-impaired of intoxicated.

Q: If I believe I have had too much alcohol to drink is there anyone who can help me drive home?

A:  If it appears you have had too much to drink or are too incapacitated to care for yourself, you will be approached by stadium personnel and released only to a responsible, sober party.  If one cannot be found, a uniformed officer will be contacted.

Donations are strictly limited to Chiefs items and requests are not accepted for monetary contributions or tickets to games.

Your non-profit must have a 501C(3) status and in making your request you must include your tax ID number. Requests must be made at least 30 days in advance of your event and in making your inquiry please include the date of your event, contact name, 501C(3) or tax ID number, and telephone number.

The team donates one (1) item per year to an organization and does not sponsor business or family reunions.

Q: How can I book a Chiefs player to appear at a function?

A: The Chiefs try to accommodate as many appearance requests as possible but the number of requests far exceeds the ability to fill them. A one-hour time period is preferred for each appearance and driving distance must be no longer than one hour.

Q: What sorts of appearances do Chiefs players make?

A: The most common settings for player appearances are schools, charitable organizations or non-profit events and the occasional business function, Players do especially well in direct interaction with children, young people’s groups, or with the elderly. Career days are not acceptable since so few people have realistic opportunities to become NFL players.

In making plans for a Chiefs player appearance, keep in mind the role you would like him to play at the event (motivational speech, read a book, visit with a group of children.) For best results, be sure to have the maximum number of people available for the appearance and, please, don’t ask the player to participate in any athletic pursuits that might result in his injury.

Q: What does it cost to book a Chiefs player appearance?

A: That depends and fees are not paid to the Kansas City Chiefs. Individual players or their representatives determine the rate of pay. As a rule, many civic organizations offer honorariums or make donations to a charity specified by the player. This incentive often helps to secure the player of your choice.

All payments must be made directly to the player at the conclusion of the event.

Q: Can we ask for a specific player for our appearance?

A: You may ask but remember the better-recognized players are in high demand and are often not available, especially those that live outside of the greater Kansas City metro area. Moreover, timing plays a part. Tuesdays are the players’ only day off during the season. The best time to request a player is mid-February through the end of June when the NFL is not in season. Players are never available if the Chiefs are involved in post-season play.

Q: What is the availability of the Chiefs coaches or staff to make an appearance?

A: Coaches and staff are on a far tighter schedule than players and more often than not are not available. Requests for appearances by the team’s head coach must be made to his secretary by submitting a letter on official letterhead to his office at One Arrowhead Drive, Kansas City, MO 64129

In making your request be sure to include all the appropriate information you would send with a player inquiry.

Q: How can I book a Chiefs cheerleader appearance?

A: You can do so right on this site provided you fill out the appropriate information listed as request an appearance by a Kansas City Cheerleader. Cheerleaders are available for your event in the Kansas City metro area at a cost of $100 an hour and $125 outside it (plus mileage).
