  • Go-goog- look at the demo punch (again) mass - is the body weight coming from a good stance to support the impact of the strike -the amount of force generated from one inch -and he doesnt even move his hips- You have obviously havent studied kungfu and have no idea on kung fu principals and the system works. You should look read and learn before commenting - you will be very surprised ! and you may just learn something. You obviously havent been hit by a real one inch punch - so i dont blame you for not accepting or understanding. That guy can really move fast extremely fast -I havent seen any one in the past or future who can do that - wow wow fast - Its evident that proper alignment of his stance structure (equal opposite force ) he is able to produce a devastating punch with no effort (see demo ) with out any effort. This guy has a real skill - to all those who dont know much about martial arts - like go- goog - try going to a kung fu school or another martial arts school and learn some discipline and respect.

  • Force=Mass x Acceleration is all fine and dandy however when its just the mass of that dudes arm then its not going to do anything. Bruce Lee does it with his whole body in the span of an inch, this guy doesn't use any. Btw this is all to MartialArts. To JamieAtkins, ur a retard for comparing his demo punch to Bruce Lee's

  • I agree the faster you can move your body weight through (arms /fists) from a good stance the more explosive the punch can be. This can be seen in his demo punch - the demo punch shows that the strike can be very explosive. That guy moves his arms/fists like he is in the matrix -thats faster than Bruce Lee.

  • I dont agree. I am studying Kung fu at the moment. Have you ever heard of the Famous "Bruce Lee's One Inch Punch" well multiply that by 702 times in one minute. Thats vFast ** Force = Mass x Excelleration ** - did you see his demo punch - when the video starts.
