First round results are in; Superfinalists

Well the Judges and the public have done their first job and have chosen three finalists who will be singing yet again in the order in which they choose via the Russian dolls which hold the numbers 1,2,3 in them;

01. Intars Busulis - Sastregums
02. Natalija Tumševica - Dinamite
03. Kristina Zaharova & Annija Putnina - Angel of mine

The singers who seem to be overjoyed in the greenroom are being interviewed by the male host about going to Moscow. Well the final result will comprise of 100% tele-voting so be sure that you grab your phones and vote for the best song which would do you proud in Moscow. Well here we go again;

01. Intars Busulis - Sastregums
First on stage, intars does his best to present the song in a way which the public will like. The vocals sound better than the first time round in this pop-rock song which develops quite nicely. Intars has lots of charisma on stage which he clearly transmits through to the camera but the overall performance is a bit messy. Definitely not my cup of tea though and do not know how it will do in Moscow.

Intars said in an onstage interview that should he win, he might sing the song in another language which might be Russian.

02. Natalija Tumševica - Dinamite
The american influenced song which is the favourite of many is on stage being interpreted by a very good vocal singer in the form of Natalija. The choregraphy is truly breathtaking and should Latvia decide to send this to the final then they will be in the final expecially if certain parts of the entry are altered to sound stronger. The stage performance is astounding as pyrotechnics are the main message to get across.

03. Kristina Zaharova & Annija Putnina - Angel of mine
The clamest entry in the super-final and of the evening hits the stage next. The singers dressed very formally in beautiful black and white gowns respectively. The music of the song is that of a simple ballad which has to rely on strong voices. This is the case as this duet is truly exceptional and boosting their result will surely be the fact that Kristina came 2nd in the Irish Selection. They are joined on stage by two male dancers who carry out their simple choreography. The public reaction says it all and it seems that these two should go and pack their bags for Moscow.

Well the show continues with a series of recap and we are viewing the voting and we see how song 3 overtakes song 1 quite quickly with song 2 remaining behind. Lidia Kopania is now on stage performing her Eurovision Entry "I Don't Wanna Leave". Of course now we have Sasha Son singing his entry "Love". Both interprestations were of a very high standard with both of them singing Live. Well here comes Kristina with the entry that got her to a 2nd place in Ireland "I Wish I Could Pretend"
