EQUAL ACCESS SEATING
Wheelchair accessible seats are located throughout the ballpark in most ticket categories. These seats may be purchased in advance by calling TicketMaster Customer Service at (301) 808-2405. Fans can call Monday - Saturday 9:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
LOST/STOLEN TICKETS
Should a fan lose or have their tickets stolen, he or she should contact the Fan and Ticket Services Department immediately at (888) 848-BIRD to obtain a Seat Location Pass.
A $5.00 processing fee will be charged for each seat location pass provided. Stolen tickets will not be subject to this charge if an official police report is furnished to the Orioles.
Seat Location Passes will be honored before any "hard ticket" if the ticket has been reported lost, stolen, or never received.
RAIN CHECKS
In the event that a game is officially postponed due to rain, tickets for that game will be considered rain checks. Rainout policies are different for each game. A policy will be announced after the game is officially postponed.
Any game suspended after 5 innings is considered to be a complete or legal game, or when the Orioles are in the lead after 4 1/2 innings. Suspended game tickets cannot be exchanged. Complimentary ($0.00 value) tickets do not apply to normal rain check policies, and therefore are not exchangeable.
