06:17 pm - New Fic! And asking for a helping hand...
Well, okay, maybe not a hand. Something... Anyway, i'm sure a number of people on my flist are familiar with ![[info]](https://web.archive.org/web/20061224135803im_/http://stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) piratepurple, who writes Teh Spander and is an overall 'spiffy person'. Well, she has a daughter, who has the opportunity to go away to *Rome* with her class. Her daughter is 12, and this is a once-in-a-lifetime kind of thing, you know?
Anyway, tsavoritegarnet and i were talking, and hoping that the vast network of luuuuurve that is lj could help out. By donating fic, or simply donating, or tossing out ideas about fundraising - anything. I, myself, would happily write fic for this. Of a certain kind. ANYway...check out this post, it has all the info, and lots more details. This isn't a 'omg, we need this now, now, now!!!' kind of thing, but the sooner the better, you know? I hope this can work! I wish i wasn't broke. But i hoor my talents out!

In fic news, there is a Supernatural writer whom i greatly enjoy reading. Today is poisontaster's birthday, and i wrote fic for her! It's SPN, gen for now - not *quite* finished. It's a kind of speculative AU thing, wherein we wonder 'what would things have been like if Sam's 'powers' had manifested from babyhood?'

I know! I am so terrible, making you all wait so long. But...i just had so much trouble writing this past two or three weeks. Dunno - maybe the holiday and such just got me all...discombobulated. I'm gonna have pictures from that up soon... :)
Anyway - snow! Ice! Cooooold temperatures! At least we're having some *winter* weather. And to hear the weathermen talk, it's like 'the end is nigh'!! People - please. We've had mild winters, but we haven't like - evolved past being able to survive them! Sheesh. It's just a little *snow*. And ice.
*rolls eyes*

Okay, man - i tell ya. I'm *sick* of freakin' hackers and viruses and shite like that! Grrrrrrr.
Anyway - i have a step-bro-in-law whom i like, and i got a yahoo message from him. Just a link, which i clicked, 'cause i figured it was pictures of his kids. It took me to a yahoo photo page where i had to sign in, like always, and now - oh joy! Same link coming to me from Cat's ym, and going to other folk on his list of ym contacts, and it's a virus! Sheesh.
So gods know if i have it. Anyway, a little searching makes it seems it'll snag your yahoo password and such and send it on and then someone *else* can snag and seems people have lost accounts.
So!
If you see this - don't click!! geocities.com/angelz.light or some variation thereof from me on yahoo or anyone *else* on yahoo - ignore! Report! Maybe even change your password, just to be sure.
Gaaaaaaah!
Bad enough some lame-ass hackers got into World of Warcraft a key-logged bunches of passwords and cleaned out a bunch of people's characters' stuff...and deleted some characters! Why do people have to be so lame and malicious?
Grrrrrrrrrrr.

Heh. This is a slightly weird post, even for me. Okay - i have a pair of brand new jeans. Women's Levi's. Worn once, washed twice. They are just *too big*, and i don't have the receipt, and i cut off the sale tags. I'm so lame.
So, the tag inside says 'Levi stretch low-rise boot cut', and they're regular length, not long or petite. Ummmmm....size 12, but man - they're *big*, and i *am* a twelve, so... If you want me to measure the waist, i will. Anyway - they're free to a good home. Dark-blue, no fancy stitching or glitter or anything crazy like that. Boot cut, i know, but man - i can't seem to find *anything* else.

Hello!
*waves* I'm so...boring lately. Only posting when i update, not talking at all...sheesh! It's a wonder anybody's still on my flist.
But! I did get to enjoy a lovely, lovely visit from sweptawaybayou and her daughter sixteen_letters. We strolled around a nearby cemetery, had *bread*, watched a couple movies and talked. About fandom. Wheeeeeeee! Always the absolute best, to just hang out with Snow and chatter. I luffs her.

Today is pretties_4u's birthday! Happy, happy birthday! *loves*

Hallo!
Well, we just got back from a visit to my folks. So fun! We - my two brothers, my sort-of-sis-in-law, me, pretties_4u the cousins and a family friend and his son all dressed up and we went out to get teh candy! It was a blast. Four pirates, two witches, a 'bat queen' a harem girl, and a 'construction worker' *snerk*, and the white-face guy from scream. My oldest brother was a rowdy 'Scottish' pirate, yelling remarks down the block and handing out 'pirate gold' - we had such fun! Despite the temperature! Heh. Pictures to follow soon.
And now - the next bit of this. So glad some of you on my flist are giving this a chance and reading it!

Hullo! Yes, a new fic. Not Spander, though - just so you all know ahead of time. Doesn't mean i'm abandoning my boys! Like I said in an earlier post...Spike and Xander are just going to have to scootch up a little and make room on the fandom couch for Sam and Dean. Heh.
Anyway, this is a finished fic that's going to be posted every day or so until it's done, but don't worry - 'Neverland' is going to be posted too!

My my, what a day! Crazy goings-on with livejournal and all this nonsense about 'sponsored communities'...gah!
I swear, LJ is just becoming so damn annoying. Read the post linked in that one to get the full story. Sheesh.
Chilly again, rainy a little, things that make me *happy*! I'm wearing my flannel pj pants! I'm huddling over the space heater in the mornings when the Monstrous Bebe gets ready for school! All, all good.
Speaking of the Monstrous Bebe...clickity to see her school picture. OMG, she's just... Way too pretty and grown-up and...*smart*. Help!! *Yis, i'm bragging. I get to do that, i'm her mum!*
