Under statements you will find important articles and declarations made by the various bodys of the European Left, and cornerning current political events in Europe and around the world.
Working Groups
The EL is an open structure including until now eleven working groups, which cooperate with several movements and interested individuals outside of the party. You will find an overview of the working groups here.
Congress Motions
You will find here the EL Motions adopted at the 2nd EL Congress, held in Prague on 23-25 November 2007. The Motions serve as the basic working documents of the European Left until the next EL Congress in 2010.
Executive Board Meetings
The EL Executive Board meets at least four times a year to discuss the political guidelines of the Party of the European Left between the Congresses. The members of the Exectuive Board plan and organise political initiatives, conferences, and working group meetings.
Summer University
Once a year the European Left organises a Summer University that gathers young activists and members of parties and social movements for a multi-day debate on current political and social issues.
