N'EX is a fast and efficient way to get to the Tokyo metropolitan area

- You can recharge and reuse the card an unlimited number of times! You can also use it on future trips to Japan!

When the Travel Service Centers are closed, the tickets can be purchased at the JR Ticket Offices (Midori-no-madoguchi) in Narita Airport Terminal 1 Station and Airport Terminal 2 Station.

Only available to customers who hold a non-Japanese passport. Please have your passport ready when purchasing tickets.
Notes on using Suica & N'EX
- When traveling to the Tokyo metropolitan and Yokohama areas via the N'EX, please use the money-saving N'EX ticket and not the Suica.
- The money-saving N'EX ticket is valid for one day. You may change train reservations only once. Suica can be recharged an infinite number of times.
- You must reserve a seat for N'EX at the time of purchase. The seat must be reserved in a N'EX Ordinary or Green （First) car.
- It is possible to use the N'EX money-saving ticket to disembark at a station in the Tokyo designated area other than the N'EX stops (stopovers are not possible).
- Cards are limited to one per person
- If unused, the N'EX money-saving ticket and Suica can be refunded at a sales office minus a cancellation fee of ¥740 (refunds will not be given for just the N'EX money-saving ticket).
