Reaching Old Heights

Stanford captured its first Men's Gymnastics championship since 1993 on Friday in Minneapolis, using an all-around performance to score 362.800 points. The Cardinal outpaced Michigan and Oklahoma, respectively, to escape with the title before Saturday settled individual titles.

On Saturday, Virginia went into the fourth quarter down, 6-5, to unranked Dartmouth. Then came an avalanche of eight unanswered goals from the Cavs en route to a 13-6 win and a return to the No. 1 spot in both polls on Monday after a week absence and a loss by No. 1 Princeton to Cornell.

Bears Take UAA In Battle Of 1 vs. 2

No. 2 Washington-St. Louis captured its first-ever UAA championship with a 5-4 victory over No. 1 ranked Emory University on Sunday afternoon. Junior Danny Levy clinched the match with a 6-2, 5-7, 6-2 victory over Oliver Lopp at No. 5 singles to break Emory's 19-year run as champs.

Gall Burns Up Track At Mt. SAC

The Mt. SAC Relays brought the world's best runners to Walnut, Calif., and few shone brighter than Michigan's Geena Gall, who posted the fastest time by an American this year in the 800-meter, finishing in 2:02.69 to take top honors in the elite race. Click for more from the 51st annual event!
