Hotel Reservations

Please note: Our hotel reservation policies are based on all Guatemala hotel policies. All Guatemalainns.com hotel reservations are prepaid. Your credit card will be charged when you complete your reservation process by submitting your payment info. The total charge includes taxes and in most cases, breakfast. All hotel reservations made by Guatemalainns.com are guaranteed. Other hotel services like laundry service, fax & phone calls, parking, room service and other, are not included on our rates. Guests must be at least 18 years of age at time of making your reservation. High Season rates and policies apply during: Easter Week and Christmas - New Year holidays. If you are making your reservation during high season in Antigua, remember that a minimum of 5 nights will be charged to your stay. (depending on individual hotel policy)

Cancellations and reservation changes

Please note: These cancellation policies follow the same cancellation policies given by all hotels in Guatemala.

Bookings are subject to a 25 USD fee for any CANCELLATION. If cancellation occurs within 32 HOURS, a one-night charge will be assessed.

No refunds for unused nights, including those resulting from delayed check-in or early check-out, will be given.

No refunds will be issued by no-shows.

Please do not call the hotel directly to make changes or cancel your reservation, as their agents will not be able to change or issue refunds for these special rates.

Cancellations can be made online, contact us for more information. Do not forget to include your reservation ID number; otherwise we won’t be able to make the cancellation or changes you request properly.
