Current neighbourhood policing priorities


1. Anti-social behaviour



  • High visibility patrols.

  • Engage with passengers to defuse situations before they escalate.

  • High visibilty patrols around hotspot areas.

2. Staff assaults


  • Monitor hotspot areas, especially ticket barriers .
  • Building a good working relationship with staff and communicating with them the progress of cases.

3. Theft of passenger property



  • Engage with passengers, giving advice on securing personal property.

  • Handing out crime prevention leaflets to passengers.

  • Conduct travel safe patrols on trains leaving Waterloo.
