Nashville, Tenn. (July 1, 2004) - Louisiana-Pacific Corporation (LP) (NYSE: LPX) announced today that its corporate headquarters has "officially" transitioned from Portland, Ore., to Nashville, Tenn. The address for the new location is 414 Union Street, Suite 2000, Nashville, TN 37219.

"Nashville has turned out to be an excellent fit for our headquarters.
