matrixonline
It appears that The Matrix story has come to an end.

At midnight PDT today the final three servers of The Matrix Online will shut down, thus ending the four year run of the MMORPG.

Sony Online Entertainment announced its closure June 1, 2009 when they suspended commercial services for MxO. SOE kept the the title running for the following two months however, for those who wanted to enjoy the game’s final days.

Our profound sympathies go out to those players loyal to MxO.The game had a good run and it is great that SOE is giving the title a final hooray before the last players jack out of the servers. MxO, you will be profoundly missed.

turtlesintimeprice
Just when we couldn’t get more excited about the upcoming release of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time Re-Shelled on the XBLA next week (August 5th), Ubisoft announced that they would be dropping the price of the highly anticipated remake to 800 MP, 400 MP less from the original price point of 1200 MP.

Freakin’ sweet.

On behalf of all Turtle fans we thank Ubisoft for doing what so few game publishers dare to do, drop a price!
