Problems with electronic lodgement services
ASIC acknowledges that many of you have been experiencing problems when lodging documents electronically via our website.
ASIC prides itself on the availability of services to customers, however at this time and with the recent completion of the financial year, we are experiencing an increase in the use of our services.
Regrettably, this has placed a significant demand on our supporting computer systems causing delays to access to lodgement functions.
In order to address the delays being experienced by many of you who may have "time critical" documentation, we are taking decisive action and liaising with customers directly by phone to assess avenues to work around online lodgement. We have already established a dedicated team to perform this function.
If you have time critical lodgements should contact online@asic.gov.au or ring 1300 300 630 and a member of our ebusiness team will respond to discuss an interim solution.
Regular updates will continue to be posted on our website and we apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.
