Gayot editor in chief Alain Gayot was recently quoted in Internet Revolution, the site for news analysis and opinion about the future of the internet. Gayot explained the basis and reliability of his site's restaurant rating pages: "There are many restaurants that people might want to try in a given area, but they may not have a restaurant review that they can refer to," he said. "We do the work for them by explaining the various dishes on the restaurant menu, and by recommending which dishes they should order and which ones to stay away from." (03/27/09)
