Fedor is off Pride Shockwave too

Several sources indicate that, besides OW GP champion Mirko Cro Cop, Pride heavyweight champion Fedor Emelianenko is also out of the promotion's New Year's Eve card. Emelianenko states in his official web site that he broke a toe during training, whereas Filipovic - who had said he wanted really badly to compete - says his ankle hasn't healed like it was supposed to. Fedor was scheduled to face New Zealand's Mark Hunt. Eighteen days before the show, Pride is left in a very complicated situation after two of their greatest stars pull out on such short notice.
