Around this time last year our board of directors tried declaring 2008 "Summer Awesome." We left out "of" because it sounded drunker and therefore partier, which is not a verb but I redefine life itself so deal. Gravity bends to suit my mood. Yet I cannot tell the future, which is good news for 2009. From the above photo you will now recognize that we were a bit premature and 2009 will in fact be "Summer Awesome." That isn't a pic from First Ave in the 80s or the Inferno in the 90s, no, it is one Adam took at Eclipse last Saturday. And that's only the front half of the crowd.
