When Project Runway contestants Althea Harper, Qristyl Frazier and Christoper Straub face off in Rachael's studio for a design challenge, they're shocked to learn that the "raw" materials they will be using are literally raw foods! Armed only with groceries from Whole Foods Market, the contestants must create an outfit to be critiqued by none other than Project Runway judge Nina Garcia. The Marie Claire fashion director explains what she'll be looking for in their designs; "Creativity, imagination, fantasy - and innovative use of unexpected materials!"

After the contestants present their creations, Nina picks the winner - Christopher! "It's tailored, it looks impeccable," Nina remarks about his dress made out of radicchio. "I love that little colored waist band that accentuates her waist; and the one-shoulder - right on trend!" Christopher walks away with a 3-night stay for two at the Wyndham Sugar Bay Resort and Spa in the Virgin Islands, and Rachael gains a new respect for their craft. "I deal with food for a living," she tells them, "and you've made me seen greens in a whole new way!"
