Mike Judge (Office Space, TV's King of the Hill) wrote and directed this comedy set in the blue-collar world. Jason Bateman plays the starring role, and he is supported by Ben Affleck, Mila Kunis, Kristen Wiig and J. K. Simmons. Joel (Bateman) owns and operates a small factory that makes flavorings, and an employee loses a testicle in an accident there. Joel's wife Suzie (Wiig) won't have sex with him, and he lusts after a new employee (Kunis), who has her own agenda. At the urging of his bartender (Affleck), Joel gets a swimming-pool guy to try to seduce Suzie.
