as i said before (and was censored for some inexplicable reason) according to tommy stinson: whether Axl Rose or Paul Westerberg was the worst to work with? Stinson said, Axls a whole lot better to work with. The stuff we did Im still proud of. But I feel like Im actually part of a band right now. Paul wrote the songs, we played em. here, were all writing these songs I just feel more a part of it. If its even imaginable at all, Pauls got a bigger ego than anyone Ive ever known.
that's a nice touch in this version "never go far/ without a little g n'r" instead of big star. funny stuff. funnier still is tommy stinson in the rock band interview asked who had the bigger ego, axl or paul. the answer, no question paul westerberg: "Oh, Axls a whole lot better to work with. The Replacements stuff we did Im still proud of. Its all great, fine, good, all that. But If its even fuckin imaginable at all, Pauls got a fuckin bigger ego than anyone Ive ever known.
