The Finance Department handles the treasury and investment functions for the City. Investment activity is conducted in accordance with the City Council Investment Policy. The Finance Director is designated by City Ordinance as the City Treasurer. Westamerica Bank provides the services for the City checking and payroll accounts. Union Bank provides third party custodial services for City investments.
