Beginning a New Year

After weeks of holiday celebrations, many of us are getting more physically active, making healthier food choices or starting new routines to help lower stress.  Some of us are also volunteering during these cold winter months to help others who are less fortunate, sharing our time and energy to build a stronger, more caring community. 

The YMCA of the East Bay is prepared to support you in pursuing any of these goals.
