All artificial declines based on Obama policies. It's day traders and panic pushers that manipulate these declines that have little to no reasonable connection to performance, news or real company value. Don't let these drops panic you or when the emotional rebound happens you'll miss it. Unless you want to "short" the market until this emotion passes.

You can get many takes on how much is getting through based on which channels and reporters you watch. Sure, it is slow, but they are making progress - think of the degree of damage and inability to get around due to poor conditions even before the earthquake. I believe they are working the problem.
