MySpace a place for friends

Diamoth was started in 2002 like a solo project. Between 2002 and 2004 Syhirious was recorded a few demos for no distribution, just to play music and show to some friends. In the early years, Diamoth was a solo project parallel to the band that Syhirious was have with Infaustus from Nergal. In 2004 Diamoth finished with a demo named “Diamoth Demo”, that have a very different sound and marked the new punk influences from spain, but in 2008 Diamoth return with a Full-Leght disc calling it “Distorkion” in the Black N..Roll movement, under the label Eirene Records. The disc had a raw sound without edit the mistakes, because Syhirious was inspired in the sense of Under Black Metal, recording a disc in the worst of technology/situations. In this process Syhirious invited Alexis Orellana to play the bass in Diamoth.

In 2009 Diamoth released the second disc calling “Respite” and the sound was much more different than “Distorkion”, moving to the beginnings of Diamoth, with a more Death/Black Metal sound.

Diamoth continues in the constant work of creating music to give a message that makes people think, having in mind aspects of the psycopathology for the mental health, and theological aspects for the spiritual health.
