Imagination Publishing is a custom content agency. We work with Fortune 500 clients to build relationships and increase engagement with their customers. We have an immediate need for an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team.

The Digital Marketing Strategist will work with our content teams and client to help in identifying gaps and framing opportunities, looking across consumer, brand, market, competitive and channel dimensions. This individual will interface with client senior marketing, technical and executive management to ensure strategic focus throughout the planning and execution of the solution.

The Strategist will work with his/her team to apply industry best practices, mix modeling tools and client data/experiences to plan and optimize the marketing mix around clients’ goals. Half of this role will be spent in a strategic development and planning capacity, whereas the other half will be focused on execution of digital marketing plans and responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

The Digital Marketing Strategist will:

- Provide leadership, direction and relevant insights that will guide the digital marketing efforts and integrated marketing communications planning for Imagination clients
- Deliver compelling competitive analysis, audience analysis, industry trends and client-facing and internal direction to identify and address key marketing challenges and solutions.
- Synthesize analysis to make powerful recommendations that drive clients to action and excite Imagination team members
- Apply knowledge to develop integrated marketing plans that add value to the brand and identify future opportunities within the digital space
- Work with business unit leader to create and deliver integrated strategy recommendations

Qualifications:

- 5 years of agency experience in strategic development, client presentation and management
- MBA or a Masters degree in Integrated Marketing is ideal
- Ability to provide big picture strategic thinking, vision and insights to drive big ideas and digital initiatives (search, social media, mobile and emerging technology)
- Experience managing and executing integrated marketing plans and budgets across traditional and digital marketing channels
- Excellent presentation skills; experience delivering dynamic presentations to clients and prospective clients from Senior Managers to C-Suite level; ability to think on your feet
- Outgoing, high energy team player with passion for marketing and quality work
