BENIGNO REPEKI FITIAL was born in the Northern Mariana Islands. In 1964, he graduated with honors from Mt. Carmel High School. He studied Business Administration at the University of Guam, where he is acknowledged as a “Distinguished Alumni”. He previously served as the Speaker of the Northern Mariana Islands legislature. He is a member and founder of the CNMI Covenant Party. He is married to Josie P. Fitial. They have six children and four grandchildren. |
