Ordering and shipping



What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and money orders.

What methods of shipping do you use?
At this time, USPS is our only shipping company. We use multiple methods of shipping from them which include Parcel Post, Priority Mail, and Express mail for national (U.S.) orders. For international we use Parcel Post, Global Express and Priority mail.
Soon we will be adding UPS as one of our shipping companies.

Where do you ship to?
Anywhere on earth.

When the order is shipped, do you provide tracking numbers?
Yes, all orders that have the option for tracking numbers have them. This includes Parcel Post.

Do you ship discretely??
Yes! All orders are shipped in a PLAIN brown box. There is no huge (or small) print saying our company name. The return address is also discrete, being 'Judd Killam, 121 Bearcat Drive'. There is no mention of our company on the box.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes we do. Helps people with keeping their orders private.

Can I change my order after its been placed?
Yes, you can. Just contact us in one of the many ways listed a bit later in this faq or click 3. here.

I have a special request for my order, how can I let you know about this?
If you've yet to place you're order, during checkout you can put your request in the comment box.

Can I get a refund?
No.
My toy is defective! Can I return it for a new one?
All toys are visually inspected before being sent out, but if you believe your toy is broken, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it.
We will contact you shortly after regarding the return procedure.

Do you offer any warranty?
No, we do not.

How long does it take to make an order?
This is dependant on how many orders we get and how much we're already backed up. The pouring, molding and shipping process is done by only one person, so if there is alot of orders it may take awhile. Please allow atleast 4-6 weeks for your order to be made.

I don't think you received my order... How can I check?
If you registered, you can check by logging into your shopping cart account (different from forum account!) and clicking on 'Order history' and then searching.
If you didn't register, you will need to contact our staff.

Do you offer an MSDS sheet?
No, we do not.

Are your products safe for use in the human body?
Our silicone line of toys are of medical grade silicone and are very resiliant. Those toys are harmless.
Our gel line of toys are made of PVC material (vinyl) and if not properly taken care of, may leech out the softener which may cause some discomfort. However, our gel line of toys is being discontinued soon.

Are you going to move your gel designs to silicone?
Eventually, yes. How accurate are your models? We try our best to emulate the real thing without actually touching the animal or being near it. We simply study photos.

Are you making new designs?
Infact, we are. We're also looking for designs from users, so if you have an idea please do post in our forum in the suggestions area. Doesnt have to be a real animal, can be of your own imagination.

There are several ways of getting in contact with us.

Via the 'Contact us' form: Click 'contact us' at the top right of the site and fill out the form.
Via the forum Click on 'Forum' at the top right, register for an account and you can either post on the forum in the public or private section, or message us. We have 5 blue stars and a title of 'Administrator'. Sending messages to anyone else for info should not be done.

WHO do I contact?
Brownbear: If you're having issue, contact him for order updates, suggestions, returns, complaints, or anything of the such. If its physical, contact him. He does not handle the website.
Talarath: If you're having a technical issue. Includes ordering/shipping errors, website problems, website suggestions or anything of the such. If its online, contact him. He does not handle toy making.

How long have you been in operation?
We have been making toys since 2001.

How many work for Zeta Creations?
Currently only two. Brownbear actually runs the show and Talarath does the web management.
