For those of who you don’t already know, entire stacks of The Closetator, the Purim edition of our newspaper, were taken and destroyed by a few students who decided to take matters into their own hands (for more on that, see the brief article, “Closetators Stolen”). Apparently, these people felt that it was their duty to exact a form of vigilante justice.
Years ago, the YU Purim chagiga was just like the Yom Haatzmaut chagiga: men and women together in one room, with a mechitzah dividing them. This, of course, has not been the case for some time now. The women’s chagiga migrated over to Belfer, almost went to midtown last year, and finally landed in Cardozo this year.
