IMF head warns over Greece delays

The head of the International Monetary Fund has warned that delays in agreeing a rescue plan for Greece risk spreading economic uncertainty to other countries.

Speaking after a crisis meeting with the German finance minister and the head of the European Central Bank, Dominique Strauss-Kahn said the international community needed "to act swiftly and strongly".
