Tonight, the International Malta Hit Song Contest
The local line-up includes artists who competed in the past editions of the Maltese national final. Past winning entries and other songs that took part in this festival managed to get an airplay on the top local radio stations. The hosts of the show are Deo Grech and Debbie Scerri, the latter represented Malta in the Eurovision Song Contest 1997.

i was a finalist in this competition and it was a great experience I can tell you that the level of the songs was much higher then the Malta Eurosong Festival such great songs, and yes Rita Pace had many songs composed cos she is a great composer
Maltese songs always have the most interesting titles, lol. "Poison ivy" makes me curious, lol.

Yes and most of the other songs were written by about 5 other people. Mind you, I would pay good money to hear a song called Geography.
