  • Have to complete CAPTCHA to submit Help request:
    If you are submitting a Contact MySpace request, you might be required to complete a CAPTCHA to submit the question. This is a temporary issue due to an update to the Help site. Yes, we know that updates should make your life better, not more annoying, so we'll have that CAPTCHA requirement out of there as soon as we can. Posted 7-6-10.
  • iLike Sidebar not working on Power PC Macs:
    The problem is limited to users on Power PC Macs with Flash 10.1 installed. We are working on a fix right now, but in the meantime, you can downgrade to Flash 10.0 to get your iLike Sidebar up and running again. Posted 6-29-10.
  • Song play count errors on artist profiles:
    Freaking out because the play counts on your profile are down to 0? Don’t worry—your plays are counting correctly, and the stats are accurate in our database. We’ve got the team working hard to get the proper info displayed on your profile. In the meantime, you can view the correct stats in your Artist Dashboard. Posted 6-15-10.
