The Twins Won't be Back for Transformers 3

Director Michael Bay says that Skids and Mudflap, which caused some controversy for Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, will not be back for next summer's Transformers 3. Bay posted a simple message on his forums stating that "The Twins are not back in T3."

In related news, actress/comedienne Kym Whitley posted on Twitter yesterday that she's part of the cast. "Working on Transformers 3 today, a little nervous...always when starting a new project. I have said the Lords prayer 12 times," she said.

Transformers 3 is scheduled for a July 1, 2011 release.

Bay's probably upping the ante and putting even bigger stereotypical characters in their place. He said the twins aren't in it, not that the stereotypes were gone. Besides, it's not a Bay film without raging stereotypical characters.

Great. All we need now is -
Bay to be fired (gutted this ain't gonna happen)
Screenwriters who actually give a dam about the material
Hotrod and Magnus.
Soundwave to have more screen time
Decepticons that are not grey.
Parents to have much less screen time.
Get rid of the 'typical' Bay slo-mo scenes.
No more Kitchen / Toilet bayformers.
Def more of the forest fight scene's.
