Geoff Shaw is the candidate for Frankston for the 2010 Victorian State election. Geoff, his wife Sally and their children are long time residents of Frankston.
Graduating from John Paul College Frankston in 1985, Geoff gained a Bachelor of Business Accounting from Monash University in 1988 and became a Certified Practicing Accountant.
After working in a large accounting firm following University, Geoff and his wife started their own accounting business in 1992, and went on to add Financial Planning to their practice, which is still successfully helping individuals and businesses in all tax and business services. Therefore, Geoff’s particular interest lies in small businesses, treasury, state debt levels and the policing of Victoria, particularly Frankston.
Geoff’s real life experiences of starting and operating businesses, employing team members, and being actively engaged in the community through sporting clubs, primary schools and various committees and societies, will allow him to help advance and protect the interests of the people of Frankston.
