Tim Lefroy, Chief Executive

Tim joined the Advertising Association as its Chief Executive in May 2009.
Tim has extensive experience across all parts of the communications world. He worked in marketing management at Cadbury and Gillette before moving over to the agency side and progressing to be CEO of Young and Rubicam in the UK. His consulting work at Radical ranged from turnaround to privatisation with clients from Channel 4 to GSK and the Ministry of Defence.
