Welcome to the BCIA Web Site!  Our website is currently under construction.  Visit us often to see the changes!   Mission:   BCIA certifies individuals who meet education and training standards in biofeedback and progressively re-certifies those who advance their knowledge through continuing education.   We offer Board Certification in General Biofeedback, Neurofeedback, and Pelvic Muscle Dysfunction Biofeedback.  Upon completion of the certification requirements, certificants earn the following designations: Board Certified in Biofeedback or BCB™, Board Certified in Neurofeedback or BCN™, or Board Certified in Biofeedback - Pelvic Muscle Dysfunction or BCB-PMD™.

BCIA policies and procedures are set by an independent board of directors, comprised of a rotating group of distinguished biofeedback clinicians, researchers, and educators.   Professionals certified by BCIA are considered Board Certified.

BCIA is recognized as the certification body for the clinical practice of biofeedback by both the Association of Applied Psychophysiology & Biofeedback (AAPB) and the International Society for Neurofeedback and Research (ISNR).
