David Aldridge appears regularly on NBA TV throughout the season to provide reports, updates and analysis from across the league. NBA Champion Steve Smith is a studio analyst for NBA TV, appearing on the network multiple nights each week. A star guard at Michigan State, Smith had a 14-year NBA career playing for the Miami Heat, Atlanta Hawks, Portland Trail Blazers, San Antonio Spurs, New Orleans Hornets and Charlotte Bobcats. After retiring in 2005, Smith spent three years as an analyst for the Atlanta Hawks.

A 13-year NBA veteran, McHale spent his entire career with the Boston Celtics, winning three NBA titles and playing in seven NBA All-Star Games. He was named of the NBA's 50 Greatest Players.
