The part-time MBA program of the College of Business of the University of Nevada, Reno is ranked No. 21 in the United States by BusinessWeek.
BusinessWeek started gathering information from part-time MBA programs with full accreditation from the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), the highest level of accreditation in business education, in April 2009. Of the schools surveyed, only 99 advanced to the second round of the project where the top part-time MBA programs were selected for the final rankings.
The ranking of the UNR MBA by BusinessWeek is a big news and is a strong reflection of the quality of the program’s students and faculty. The commitment of the MBA Office, headed by Associate Dean Kambiz Raffiee, and leadership of the College of Business under Dean Greg Mosier reinforce the quality of the UNR MBA program. The College of Business has a high number of premier faculty members that are internationally respected within their fields of expertise. Each faculty member is active professionally, sharing their real world experiences with students in the classroom.
