To celebrate Batman issue #700, Grant Morrison created a story that spanned multiple generations of Batman. While the "Today" Batman used the flying Batmobile from Morrison's run, the "Yesterday" Batmobile was this unique roadster. It retains certain classic features like the open cockpit and twin canopies, but the rest of the car is a much more modern design, without any of the long, sweeping bodywork of traditional vintage Batmobiles.
