The "Elseworlds" series took existing comic characters and rewrote them in different settings and "what if..." situations. Batman: Holy Terror creates a world in which Oliver Cromwell survived, and the Puritan Commonwealth remains in place and America is still a British colony.
This Batmobile appears only once, at the very end of the story, but it is one of the most unique designs in Batman's history. With an organic bat-head and distinct arms sweeping into a new interpretation of the famous wings, it is definitely a commanding presence.
