Napoli came from behind to pick up their second consecutive away win in style with a 4-1 triumph at Cesena.

Marco Parolo put the hosts in front in the 48th minute and, with the help of their inspirational goalkeeper, they looked like they were going to upset Napoli like they had AC Milan in their first home game of the season.

But Ezequiel Lavezzi levelled in the 72nd minute and a Marek Hamsik penalty and two late goals from Edison Cavani earned Napoli all three points.

Cesena goalkeeper Francesco Antonioli turned 41 just under a fortnight ago but was as agile as a 17-year-old as he almost single-handedly kept Cesena in the game for the first 45 minutes.

He first denied Lavezzi by punching away his free-kick before choosing the same method to prevent Andrea Dossena's angled volley from opening the scoring in the 20th minute.

He then denied Hamsik and Lavezzi with similarly important saves before preventing Juan Zuniga from opening the scoring in the 47th minute

Cesena finally realised that enough was enough and Ezequeil Schelotto had their best chance of the game at the other end, but he failed to beat goalkeeper Morgan de Sanctis, who had been a mere spectator until then.

His next involvement was to pick the ball out of his own net.

Emilson Cribari was tried to shepherd the ball out for a goal-kick, but Schelotto was not having any of it and slid in to claim the ball before it crossed the line.

He passed it back to Parolo, who threaded a shot through De Sanctis' legs for his first goal in Serie A.

Napoli coach Walter Mazzarri was dismissed from the bench for protesting that Schelotto had fouled Cribari and left immediate instructions with his assistant to bring Cavani on.

The Uruguayan entered the fray and there was no looking back for Napoli.

His first shot was saved well by Antonioli in the 64th minute, but the Cesena goalkeeper could do nothing to prevent Lavezzi from equalising in the 72nd minute.

Cavani found Dossena in space and his low cross was nicked in by the Argentinian striker at the near post for his 100th Serie A goal.

Napoli were then gifted the lead in the 80th minute when the referee wrongly pointed to the spot when Maurizio Lauro tugged back Zuniga outside the penalty area.

Hamsik made no mistake from the spot to put Napoli ahead.

Cesena pushed forwards for an equaliser and Cavani took full advantage of the gaps that opened up with goals in the 88th and 91st minutes to seal the win.
