Join NVTC for a Titans Breakfast featuring U.S. Chief Performance Officer Jeff Zients and U.S. Chief Information Officer Vivek Kundra. Zients and Kundra will offer the NVTC audience recommendations on reforming federal IT, ranging from project management to procurement to budgeting and personnel reforms. Be the first to discuss private sector best practices for transforming federal IT with two of the government's top IT officials.

As Acting Director and Deputy Director for Management of the Office of Management and Budget and the nation's first Federal Chief Performance Officer, Zients has launched a series of initiatives to close the "technology gap" between the private and public sectors to cut waste and boost performance, including incorporating private sector best practices into the procurement and management of government IT projects, moving to consolidate the government's data centers and using cloud computing to reduce IT, real estate and energy costs.

As Federal Chief Information Officer, Kundra directs the policy and strategic planning of federal information technology investments and is responsible for oversight of federal technology spending. He establishes and oversees enterprise architecture to ensure system interoperability, information sharing, information security and privacy across the federal government, while working closely with the chief technology officer to advance President Obama's technology agenda.

Registration Policies

Registration
All attendees must have a paid registration to enter an event. Advance registration and payment is required. Pre-registration will close 24/48 hrs prior to the event. Once pre-registration has closed, all registrations will be considered a "walk-in registration" and will be assessed an additional fee to any payment rendered. Events for which payment is not required will not be assessed this fee. For sold-out events, no walk-ins will be accepted.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to events@nvtc.org more than two business days in advance in order to receive a refund. No-shows will not receive a refund.
