1. NO PURCHASE REQUIRED or NECESSARY to enter or win. You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry and a resident of the United States or Canada to be eligible for this contest. Employees (their families and members of their household) of Greentea Design or of KaizenSEO and judges of this contest are not eligible to participate in this contest.

2. TO ENTER: Beginning on November 10th, 2010 and concluding on December 3rd, 2010, enter your haiku in the online contest box. You can enter as many times as you like, but entries must meet the traidtional haiku style syllable requirements (at the discretion of Greentea Design). You can vote once per day per email address per IP for any entry. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM EST on December 3, 2010. The top 10 most voted for entries will be entered into the final 15 and also the top 5 entries as voted by Greentea Design staff. The Top 15 will then be ranked by guest judges and the 3 haiku receiving the highest rankings will win the first 3 prizes at the discretion of Greentea Design. The other 12 finalists will receive a $200 Gift Card that can be used within 6 months of the contest ending date. All eligible voters will be entered in a random drawing. 10 people will be randomly chosen for a $100 Gift Card each that can be used within 6 months of the contest ending date. Greentea Design reserves the right to disqualify any person suspected of plagiarizing entries or tampering with the entry process, or otherwise in violation of the rules. Use of bots, scripts, macro, or other automated processes to enter is prohibited and may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of Greentea Design. We further reserve the right to cancel, terminate, or modify any promotion not capable of completion as planned, including by reason of infection by virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort. All entries become the property of Greentea Design. Greentea Design is not responsible for any incorrect, lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or other unacceptable entries or for any computer, Internet, or other technical problems during submission of an entry.

3. USE OF ENTRANT INFORMATION. By entering into the sweepstakes, you agree that Greentea Design may use the entrant's information for general solicitation, marketing, or other promotional activities in connection with the products manufactured by Greentea Design. You may at any time revoke the use of such information by Greentea Design by simply emailing and requesting that your email address and information be removed from our system.

4. ENTRY WINNERS. Greentea Design will send the top 3 prizes to the prize-winner's address submitted at Greentea Design's expense (Hawaii, Alaska, Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut excluded). Shipping time will depend on if the item is in-stock or will need to be ordered. Greentea Design will notify the entrants upon winning what the approximate shipping time will be. Entrants are only eligible to win one prize. Winners of Gift Cards will have the dollar amount of the card deducted from the item they are purchasing and are responsible for the shipping or delivery cost of the item. If entrants arrange their own shipping or delivery then there would be no additional charges from Greentea Design.
Prizes may not be exactly as pictured on website (stain or hardware may vary) Gift Cards can be transferred to another person by submitting the other person's name, email address, and phone number with Greentea Design. Gift Cards must still be used within 6 months of contest ending date.

Haiku Contest Prize List:
1st Prize - Maru Dining Table - 7 ft Table or less, value up to $3800. Can be transferred for another piece of equal or lesser value at the discretion of Greentea Design.
2nd Prize - TV Stand - Any TV stand up to $1800 in value. Can be transferred for another piece of equal or lesser value at the discretion of Greentea Design.
3rd Prize - Coffee Table - Any Coffee Table up to $1400 in value. Can be transferred for another piece of equal or lesser value at the discretion of Greentea Design.

The prize-winners will be solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, and the reporting consequence thereof, if any. If any potential winner selected cannot be contacted, or does not respond within five (5) business days, or the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner shall forfeit any and all rights to a prize and, at discretion of Greentea Design an alternate potential winner may be selected. Acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use winners' names and likeness for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes, without further compensation.

Winners must be 18 years or older to enter. Only online entries will be entered into the drawing. Greentea Design's decisions in all matters relating to or arising out of the sweepstakes are final. The prize-winners will be notified by e-mail. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

By submitting an entry to this Greentea Design contest, you hereby certify that you are authorized to provide the information necessary for this entry and to receive information regarding the products of Greentea Design.
